Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Stripe through Lovable Payments. Chroma and VIP time have no real-world monetary value: they are game content, delivered to your account right after checkout.

Chroma is delivered to your account instantly after purchase. If you have not spent the Chroma from a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that purchase. To do so, contact us on Discord with the email address you used to buy it, and we will process the refund.

Once Chroma from a purchase has been spent, that purchase is no longer refundable, except where consumer law requires otherwise, for example the 7-day withdrawal right under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code (Codigo de Defesa do Consumidor), or the 14-day right in the EU and UK when you did not consent to immediate delivery of digital content.

A refund or chargeback removes the corresponding amount of Chroma from your account. If you already spent it, your balance may go negative as a result. Repeated chargeback abuse may lead to suspension of your account.

Watcher's Blessing is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it through the Manage Subscription option in the Store. Cancelling stops future renewals, but the current billing period stays active until it ends: you keep your VIP benefits for the time you already paid for.

VIP time already elapsed is not refundable, and we do not offer partial refunds for the remaining days of a current period, except where required by law.

Contact us on our Discord server (https://discord.com/invite/myexBvbHK6) with the email address used for the purchase and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond as quickly as we can.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal right you have under the law of your country, such as Brazil's Consumer Defense Code or EU and UK consumer protection rules. Where those rights are broader than this policy, they apply.
