Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or at least 16 if you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Accounts are created with an email address and password through Supabase Auth. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens on your account. If you believe someone else has access to it, let us know right away on our Discord server.

To keep Midgard Arena fair and enjoyable for everyone, you agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots, or automate gameplay.
• Exploit bugs or glitches instead of reporting them.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Buy, sell, or trade accounts outside the game.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, at our discretion, without refunding any virtual items or subscription time already used.

Chroma, Ember, heroes, runes, VIP time, and any other in-game item are a limited, revocable, and non-transferable licence to use content inside Midgard Arena. They are not property, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for money outside the game. Watcher's Blessing VIP time never affects competitive PvP power: it only unlocks convenience and cosmetic benefits.

Purchases are processed by Stripe through Lovable Payments. Two kinds of purchase are available: Chroma packs, one-time purchases of a virtual currency priced from $0.99 to $99.99, and Watcher's Blessing, a monthly VIP subscription at $9.99 that renews automatically until cancelled. Your first purchase of each Chroma pack includes a doubled bonus.

Depending on your region, Stripe may appear as the merchant of record on your statement, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout. You can cancel Watcher's Blessing at any time through the Manage Subscription option in the Store. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks.

Midgard Arena is listed on independent ranking sites such as IdleRank and TopIdle. If you choose to click a vote button for one of these sites, your account ID is shared with that site so it can grant your in-game reward. This only happens if you click the button yourself.

We may change, rebalance, add, remove, or discontinue any part of the game, including heroes, runes, items, and systems, at any time, to keep Midgard Arena balanced and healthy.

Midgard Arena is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the game available and free of bugs, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability to you for any claim related to Midgard Arena is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the game evolves. Material changes will be announced in-game or on our Discord server.
